EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 2026
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled in connection with zenypath.com (“Zenypath”). The site is operated by Sara Tancradi in the United States. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
Information you provide
Contact messages. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, subject, and any message you include. Contact Form 7 sends these details to the site’s contact inbox. We use them to respond to your inquiry and address the issue you raise. Contact messages are kept for six months.
Newsletters. If you subscribe to a Zenypath newsletter, the email address and other details you provide are used to manage your subscription and send the updates you request. Newsletter services may process delivery and engagement information, such as whether an email was opened or a link was clicked. You can request to stop receiving newsletters by emailing us, and use an unsubscribe link where one is provided.
Comments. Where comments are available, WordPress collects the information entered in the comment form and technical details such as the IP address and browser information to help manage comments and detect abuse. Your comment and chosen display name may be visible publicly. Do not include information you do not want others to see.
Information collected when you browse
When you visit a website, your browser sends technical information needed to deliver its pages, such as your IP address, browser and device information, the requested page, and the time of the request. Hosting and related service providers may process this information in connection with delivering, maintaining, and securing Zenypath.
Zenypath uses cookies, Google Analytics, advertising, and newsletter services. Cookies and similar technologies can store identifiers or preferences and support site functions, audience measurement, and advertising. The information collected depends on the service, its configuration, and the choices available to you.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use Zenypath, such as which pages are visited and how visitors reach the site. Google processes information through its services, which can include browser, device, page-visit, and online identifier data. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Advertising
Advertising services may use cookies or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. Depending on the service and your choices, information about your device and activity may be used to personalize advertising or link activity across websites. Advertising providers have their own privacy notices and controls. A disclosure about these technologies is not itself your consent to their use.
Fonts, embedded content, and links
Some pages request fonts from Google Fonts, which involves your browser connecting to Google’s servers. Google’s handling of those requests is described in its Privacy Policy. WordPress may also request emoji resources from its content servers.
If a page includes content supplied by another website, such as an embedded video, that service can receive information when the content loads or you interact with it. External websites linked from Zenypath operate under their own privacy practices.
Who receives information
Information is handled by Sara Tancradi and the service providers involved in operating the site, delivering contact email and newsletters, measuring visits, and serving advertising. Providers may process information under their own policies as well as their arrangements with the site. Information may also need to be disclosed in response to a valid legal requirement or to address fraud, abuse, or a security issue.
Because Zenypath is operated in the United States and uses online service providers, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where those providers operate. Privacy protections can differ between countries.
Retention and security
The six-month retention period above applies to contact messages. Cookies, analytics records, advertising data, newsletter records, and technical logs have separate retention periods determined by the relevant service and its configuration. For information about a particular record or service, contact us at [email protected].
No website, email system, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send medical records, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through the contact form or ordinary email.
Your choices and requests
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies can affect some website features and does not necessarily stop every form of data collection. Google also offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on for supported browsers and implementations.
For newsletter preferences, access or correction requests, deletion requests, or questions about advertising and privacy choices, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional rights, including the right to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, obtain a copy of your data, or opt out of certain advertising-related sharing. These rights can be subject to conditions and exceptions.
Please describe your request without including unnecessary sensitive information. We may need information to verify that a request relates to you before releasing or changing personal information.
Children and sensitive information
Zenypath’s content is intended for a general adult audience. The contact form and newsletter channels are not intended for children to submit personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the site, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when the site’s practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. For questions about this policy or how a specific service handles your information, contact Sara Tancradi at [email protected].
